Google celebrates Isaac Newton's birthday with a falling apple on logo

Yesterday Google has changed their logo and placed Apples on it. If you go to the Google homepage, you would notice the logo above along with an animated falling Apple. Google created this logo to celebrate the birth date of Sir Isaac Newton.

See how it works

昨天google改变了logo,在上面放置了一些苹果。如果你到google主页,你就会看到一个苹果往下掉的动画logo。google用这个logo来庆祝牛顿诞辰。

Issac Newton came up with the theory of gravitation and the story behind it. In short, the story was that Newton was sitting by or under an apple tree, when an apple fell from the tree. That is what sparked him to think of the force of gravity and come up with the theory of gravitation.
牛顿提出了万有引力定律,这其中还有一个小故事。一天牛顿坐在苹果树下或树旁边,结果树上的苹果掉了下来,这触发了他的灵感

Google has gone further then they ever have in the past with this Google Doodle. They actually animated the Doodle, where the Apple falls off the Google logo and drops to under the search box. All this is, is a bit of fancy JavaScript to make this happen, but in Google terms, this is something pretty significant. Google has really never animated their Google Logo before, at least, I can never remember them animated their logo before.
